Experienced Kumawood actress, Nana Ama McBrown Mensah has warmed hearts on social media with awesome photos of herself as a wedding guest.

The actress took to her Instagram account and shared dazzling pictures of herself as a guest of a wedding she recently attended.

The actress stole the show with her exceptionally beautiful dress which made her almost look like the bride on the day.

She was seen dazzling in smiles and wearing a white gown with a red and white hat while posing in an akimbo posture. She had on a red show to compliment her dressing.

In the photos sighted by YEN.COM.GH on her INstagram account, the actress captioned it, “I am Far from what I once was but not yet where God is taking Me. Zoin is still Leading Me”.

In yet another photo from the event, the TV personality had this to say, “Make God your key In Life and you shall open every Door”.

Speaking in an interview on marriage with Graphic Showbiz last year, the actress revealed that her marriage had its share of issues but she had devised a way of settling issues with her husband.

According to Nana Ama McBrown she was always committed to carrying out all her ‘wifely’ duties. She that her ultimate goal was to see her husband happy.

She revealed that the secret to a lasting marriage was the commitment of the couple to solve issues that they encounter and endeavor to do it together as a team.

Nana Ama McBrown Mensah is believed to be one of Kumawood’s most sought-after actresses. As a result of her talent, she is noted as one of the wealthiest actresses in the industry having starred in well over 100 movies.

25-year old Miss Malaika 2017 winner Pearl Nyarko has proven many doubting ‘Thomases’ wrong by vehemently denying having any sexual relationship with the organizers of the pageant in order to win the coveted crown.

In recent times, sexual allegations against top Hollywood Film players have been on the rise with many raising doubts about the genuineness of talent in the creative arts industry.

But speaking on the Hot Gist on Spyderlee Entertainment TV on Tuesday, Ms.Nyarko debunked speculations that she might have slept with the organizers of the pageant in order to be crowned ‘Miss Malaika 2017’

‘The fact that you are participating in a beauty pageant doesn’t mean you are sleeping around with the organizers. I didn’t sleep around with the organizers and I don’t think any other person who participated did sleep with the organizers as well. So if you are out there and you are interested in participating in a beauty pageant, you can go ahead; if that’s what you are passionate about, just pursue it. The organizers are there to help us; they are not there to take advantage of us,’ she said.

According to beauty queen, she’s won so she needs to concentrate on her projects now. ‘The way forward now is to embark on several projects and the major one is to tackle Autism. With the minor projects; come December, I’ll visit Royal Seeds Orphanage to make a donation,’ she revealed.

Held at the National theatre on November 4, 2017, the grand finale of the Miss Malaika beauty pageant saw 25-year-old Pearl Nyarko emerge as ultimate winner, beating 9 other contestants to annex the throne.

The feat makes Ms. Nyarko, an MPhil candidate at the University of Ghana, the 15th queen since the inception of the competition. Aside the 3cs (cash, car and a crown), Pearl has also won herself a contract as the Face of Glamz Makeup

Daughter of Ghana's former president for the third republic, Dr Hilla Limann - Dr Zilla Liman has disclosed she will never attend any celebration of Jerry Rawlings even if it is his funeral.

The daughter of the former president says she finds no connection with the former president especially when he conspired to overthrow his father while he was president in 1979.

In an interview with Zylofon FM, Dr Zilla Limann expressed that she barely talks with the former present and even barely knows his family. The revelation made by the daughter of Hilal Limman follows the overthrow of his government by Jerry Rawlings on the 31st December 1981 which saw the coming in of the PNDC administration.

Meanwhile, Liman's wife had also appealed to Jerry Rawlings to apologize to the Limann family arguing that his overthrow was unjustifiable.

Dr. Limann had chronic health problems and later died of natural causes. He was survived by his wife, Mrs. Fulera Limann, and seven children: Lariba Montia (née Limann), Baba Limann, Sibi Andan (née Limann), Lida Limann, Daani Limann, Zilla Limann and Salma Limann.

Actress Efia Odo and on-screen TV personality, Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa popularly known as Afia Schwarzenegger have taken a swipe at each other over a post made by the latter on social media.

The self-proclaiming queen of comedy took to her Instagram account and shared a video of a young man reported to be the son of popular pastor and leader of Glorious Word Ministry International.

It is however unclear what the rumors about the young man Afia Schwar was talking about were but in a quick rebuttal, Efia Odo jumped to the defense of her ‘cousin’

Efia Odo commented, “My little cousin isn't what you think he is there isn't any rumors like that lord knows”. She added, “Targeting a child because your feuding with his father is an ultimate low”.

The comments made by Efia Odo seemed not to have gone down well with the comedian who came back with the reply, “@efia_odo are you sure or you just seeking attention on my page Madam...what is he not??? What rumors are u talking about???

Efia Odo who also did not take kindly to Afia Schwar’s comment came back with, “I don't need attention from you and I think the whole world knows that sister afia the rumor u are trying spread that my cousin is gay that's what I'm talkin about. U wanna attack my uncle go ahead but leave the child out of it doesn't speak well of u at all”.

The fight comes as a result of an alleged war of words between the TV presenter and the leader and founder of the Glorious Word Ministry International Church, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah.

The ‘altercation’ between the two public figures, according to Efia Odo should not be extended to the children since they know nothing about their misunderstanding.

So is the case of a woman who showed so much faith to the extent of giving out her husband's car to her pastor.

The yet to be identified woman reportedly 'sowed' the car as a 'seed of faith' in a church in the Nigerian state of Delta.

According to media reports, her extreme show of faith, however, angered some people, especially family members of the husband, and they threatened to attack the church's premise to burn down any car they would see.

Not wanting any trouble, the pastor is reported to have called for peace and returned the car including the papers and everything that was attached to it to the woman in the presence of his congregation.
