I have too much money to spend- John Dumelo

Being a celebrity comes with its highs and lows, with the lows especially being about invasion of your privacy, living up to expectations and keeping your brand clean and scandal-free.
Of course many people assume that the life of any celebrity is all glitz and glam and they probably don’t have a care in the world. But what if some problems are just too complicated to solve?

That seems to be the case for Ghanaian actor and entrepreneur, John Dumelo, who apparently has a hard time spending his money.
You are becoming an old man ...why is your money finished?

The actor, while responding to a tweet about whether his money was 'finished' after he posted ‘Happy Val’s Day’ on Twitter, said that he still has his money, however, he did not know how to spend it.

This is certainly news to us, because it is almost unfathomable that anyone, and a celeb for that matter, has a hard time spending his money.
Aside his successful acting career, John is also an entrepreneur who has recently gone into farming, as well as a philanthropist and travel junkie.
From his earlier stints in the early 2000s to getting nominated for prestigious awards including the Africa Movie Academy Award and the Afro-Australian Movie and Music Awards, John Dumelo is certainly one of Ghana’s brightest lights.

It appears the many love-inspired personal photo of the couple have been taken down save the promotional ones that are related to Oros Fragrance Perfumes.

Brella, has on many occasions referred to Ebony as his best friend and “mother”.
He also collaborated with her on her hit song ‘Hustle’, which is still enjoying massive airplay.
In the video sighted on the Facebook wall of Betty Hillari Gigibel Essel, Ebony and Brella, also a musician, are captured in different moods and settings “playing” love
In one of the setting, Brella had his head buried in Ebony’s abdomen and she plays with his dreadlocks.
In another instant, the two are captured eating with the same spoon in a car, and the background shows that it was a late night outing.
Then again, the two are captured in bed with Ebony lying on top of Brella, while they Snapchat.
There is also another instant of them performing together on stage.
Ebony herself had indicated in an earlier interview that she had a boyfriend, but refused to give more details.
The video goes a long way to tell the deep relationship between the two, that they were not just ‘Hustle’ mates but actually, lovers.
Brella, in an interview monitored by YEN.com.gh on GHONE TV’s Rhythm Live on Friday, couldn’t hold his tears when he was asked about Ebony.
He virtually broke down on set weeping like a baby.
According to Brella, he was the one who linked Ebony to Bullet because he saw her great talent and wanted to help her nurture it.
He also detailed how Ebony would always want to cook his favourite meal of Jollof and chicken for him.
“Even a few days before she died, she prepared jollof for me; Ebony knew I love jollof and would always do it for me. She was like my mother,” Brella said.
According to him, while Ebony and the others were on their unknown “deadly” journey, they were interacting on snaptchat, and making fun of themselves.

But suddenly, she stopped chatting and he didn’t know the reason only to be told the next day that she had died.
Brella says he will miss Ebony for the rest of his life because he doesn't believe he would ever find someone like her.
Her smiles were infectious, she had a kind heart, she had so many lined-up activities for this year, we were going to tour Europe.”
“Who else is going to be like Ebony? I don’t think we will find someone as special and talented like her,” Brella sobbed.

The carving, though done with good intentions, was poorly sketched and it will take a great deal of effort to realize that it was actually Ebony that he wanted to draw on his scalp.
The costume carving, though, is similar to the dress that Ebony wore in one of her photos, but everything else is just awful.

Ebony Reigns had a total of seventeen tattoos on her body
-They were of different shapes and designs spread all over her body with the biggest one under her breasts
-Her managers have disclosed that she failed to explain those tattoos to them whenever she was questioned about them
Latest information available to YEN.com.gh indicates that Ebony’s management, led by Bullet, had no knowledge about the meaning and reasons for Ebony’s many tattoos.
Ebony's response to her managers when they asked her about her many tattoos
Contrary to popular opinions that she had acquired those tattoos with the knowledge or influence of her managers all in the name of branding, the managers have denied knowing this.
Bullet and Allen Kofi Anti, manager and deputy manager of Ruff Town Records respectively, have disclosed in a latest interview that they themselves never understood or knew the meaning of many of Ebony’s tattoos
“..As for the tattoos, we don’t even know what to say about them. She was secretive about it and never wanted to tell us their meanings when we asked her. All she said was they are personal,” Bullet said in an interview on GHONE TV.
He added that Ebony always remained tight-lipped about where, when and how she got those tattoos and remembers one answer she gave was “I got it from Macedonia.
Bullet’s revelation about Ebony’s tattoos is obviously going to surprise many because those tattoos have been a topical issue when she was alive.
Ebony, born Pricilla Opoku-Kwarteng, first made her tattoos public in an interview with Abeiku Santana on his “Atuu” entertainment show in 2017.
According to her, she had 17 tattoos with the biggest one being the “star of David and an ocean” under her breasts.
She went on to explain that those at the other parts of her body including her arm and back had her local name “Ohemaa” and the names of her sister.
She also disclosed that she actually had some of the tattoos at some private parts of her body, including nine body piercings.
Many wondered why such a young girl of twenty years would have such a number of paintings on her body and she was consequently tagged a bad girl, just as she referred to herself - “Original 90sBadGurl.”
She met her untimely death last week Thursday on the Sunyani-Kumasi Highway on her way back to Accra with three others.
Ebony died together with her bodyguard Lance Coporal Vondee Francis Atsu, and her childhood friend, Franklina Nkansah Kuri.
The driver who survived the crash, is responding to treatment at the Bechem Government Hospital in the Brong Ahafo Region.
Her one week observance has been slated for Sunday, February 18, 2018, in Accra.
