A gym instructor has demonstrated the "kitchen stool" workout scheme during the most recent edition of the Celebrity Workout" session held at the Aviation Social Center in Accra.
Kitchen stools will never be regarded the same again after this week's scandalous affair regarding the disgraced Adumanu D/A Basic School headmaster, a senior high school student, a kitchen stool, and a viral video.
In a recent video published by Ghanaweb.com, gym instructors at the most recent Celebrity Workout session held at the Aviation Social Center showed participants their version of the "Kitchen Stool Exercise", what looked like a cross between the Tae Bo and the popular One Corner dance.

The Celebrity Workout session is a weekly exercise routine that takes place at the Aviation Social Center. As the name implies, the event is routinely attended by some of Ghana's most popular celebrities like Stephen Appiah, Afia Schwarzenegger, Moesha Boduong and the likes.
