Ebony's friend Franky Kuri to be buried on March 3

Details for the funeral of Ebony's friend, Franky Kuri have been released

-She is expected to be buried in Accra on March 3.

The friend of Ebony who died along with the her in the tragic accident on February 8 will be buried this weekend.

According to information YEN.com.gh has gathered, Franky would be buried in Accra on Saturday, March 3.

A burial service is expected to be held at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church at Kwashieman at 8:00 am before she is interred at a yet to be named cemetry.

Mourners are to wear black and white attire for the ceremony.

Born Franklina Maame Yaa Tebua Nkansah, Franky Kuri was known to be a close friend of Ebony.

Having accompanied Ebony to visit her mother at Sunyani on the fateful day, the two of them died alongside Ebony's soldier body guard, Francis Atsu Vondee when the car they were travelling in collided with a VIP bus around Manakranso on the Sunyani-Kumasi road while returning to Accra.

Franky was the daughter of Pastor Nkansah who pastors at The Church of Pentecost, Clarksville Tennessee in the USA where she had been living with.

A 2008 graduate of the Holy Child SHS in Cape Coast, Franky would have been 28 in May, 2018.

Budding Ghanaian actress Andrea Owusu, popularly known as Efia Odo, insists she would never lower herself to sleeping with any producer for a movie role.

According to her, she has the talent to act and would prefer to let her talents speak rather than use other means to earn a role in a movie.

She explained that she has always been professional in her dealings and would never succumb to any sexual harassment from a producer.

She added that not even a role in a Hollywood movie could lean her to do such a thing.

“Please I don’t do that, I am a professional. And I’m not money hungry or fame hungry. Those people who would want to sleep with producers, it’s like they want the fame or something out of it,” Efia said.

“This is because there is no way you should have the talent to act and still use your body to earn a role in a movie. When you know you have the talent, then let the talent speak for yourself.

I can never sleep with a producer for a movie, not even in Hollywood will I do that. Never,” she added.

The star actress further discussed her relationship and sex life, saying she is currently not dating any man.

She said she separated from her fiancé – who lives in London – some months ago and has not yet found a new partner.

On her sex life, Efia said she hasn’t had any intercourse in almost a year since breaking up with her boyfriend.

Criss Waddle Involved In A Car Accident On His Birthday [See Photos]

Reports Ghpage.com is picking up has it that, The Arab Money Gang (AMG) leader, Criss Waddle was involved in a car accident yesterday, 26th February 2018 which happened to be his birthday night.

An overexcited Criss Wadle who has been trumpeting his birthday all over social media for days now was apparently going out to a private party with his friends when the unfortunate incident happened.

Woman dies hours after winning NPP constituency election

The NPP woman died shortly after winning the constituency elections as Women's Organizer

- The woman fell unconscious hours after being sworn into office on Women's Organizer on Saturday

A member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Abura-Asebu Kwamankese constituency in the Central Region has been reported dead shortly after winning the party’s election.

Madam Elizabeth Gaisie died hours after being re-elected and sworn into office as the party’s Women’s Organizer on Saturday.

Reports say she died at the Abura Dunkwa District Hospital, minutes after being sworn into office as the NPP constituency Women's Organizer.

According to Citi FM report, Madam Gaisie was the party’s incumbent constituency Women's Organizer and also stood unopposed in the elections held on Saturday.

Madam Aba Hagan, the District Chief Executive of Abura-Asebu Kwamankese, confirmed the death to Citi News.

Another member of the NPP also told Citi News that, Madam Gaisie did not show any signs and was visibly well throughout the election processes.

“She looked visibly well during and after the voting and swearing-in, but just after both the new executives and party members were going back home, she fell unconscious and was rushed to the hospital,” he said.

Madam Gaisie’s husband, Andrew K. Mensah, was once a Member of Parliament for the Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese Constituency, between 2004 and 2008 on the ticket of New Patriotic Party.

Meanwhile, doctors are yet to conduct an autopsy to determine the sudden cause of her death.

Madam Elizabeth Gaisie passed away at the age of 57 and left behind a husband, and five children.
